2024/25 Gulf ProCar Calendar & New Series Coordinator

Dubai, UAE. Friday 17 May 2024

The 2023/24 Gulf ProCar season ended only last month with Round 7 at the Dubai Autodrome, and attention has quickly shifted into preparation for the 2024/25 season.

GulfSport Racing announces the provisional calendar for the upcoming 2024/25 Gulf ProCar Season, with great excitement.

With two official test days, the 2024/25 season will run across 7 championship rounds between the Dubai Autodrome and Yas Marina Circuit. This season will culminate with the GPC Enduro, an individual round featuring a 2-hour race to add a different dynamic to the regular season format.

Going in this third season of Gulf ProCar run by GulfSport Racing, sees a new series coordinator come in to action.

Martin Hope of GulfSport Racing is pleased to announce this:

“For nearly 20 years now GulfSport Racing has worked flat out to be a big part on the national racing scene in the UAE. Competing in the first iteration of Gulf ProCar when it was the UAE GT Series, up to the present date, we really want to keep the momentum of local racing and talent going. And, that includes what we do on track, off track but as well as a business. To this regard its great to see our staff move up the ranks getting more and more involved with the racing scene. So the decision to have Tom Raw step up as the new GPC series coordinator keeps this thinking going.

Tom is a Dubai “lifer”, spending most of this life racing in the UAE Kart scene, and more recently working for GulfSport Racing in our retail shop, while last year heading up the technical scrutineering for both Gulf ProCar and the Gulf Radical Cup. I’ll work along side Tom in the coming months as we prepare for the new season, but looking forward to another great season ahead”

Tom Raw can be contacted on gpc@gulf-sport.com. Over the next months time will be spent to reach out to teams and driver to make sure everyone is ready for the new season.
